Castings

Linkway has over 20 certified casting manufactures in our approved network of facilities. This extensive network gives us the capabilities to make virtually and type of casting, in almost any material.

Our existing capabilities include the following:

Iron Castings: Ductile iron, gray iron & malleable iron castings, industrial frequency furnaces, cupola or duplex process, cores with shooters or shell machines. We even have a facility with a DISA line for high volume production runs.

Steel Castings: Carbon, alloy & stainless steel castings. Our facilities have arc furnaces, industrial & medium frequency induction furnaces, automated molding lines, core making machines, shot-blasting equipment, heat treatment furnaces, sand preparation system, wax-making & conveying systems, cluster-making lines, plus additional equipment.

Aluminum Castings:  Pressure die-castings, low-pressure die castings, centrifugal castings, permanent mould castings & sand mould castings.
